2K a year The HR Analyst role performs a variety of duties as a member of the Human Resources team, providing human resources, payroll and benefits support to employees within Warrior Met Coal and externally.
Job Objective:
A HR Analyst will provide efficient and customer-friendly service in all aspects of human resources and specifically in the areas of new hire onboarding, data entry, payroll and benefits.
Their duties include, but are not limited to:
Input and maintain data in HCM system Provide support to newly hired employees during Onboarding Process cases with payroll and benefit vendors in regards to insurance, payroll and support orders Assist Warrior Met Coal employees with issues regarding employee self-service, payroll, benefits and other HR-related items Provide verbal or documented data to external agencies in regards to new hires, withholding orders, union dues, insurance, uniforms and employment verification Essential Functions Support newly hired employees through the Onboarding process Assist employees with HR or system-related issues Data Entry External Support to Vendors and Outside Agencies Preferred Competencies:
Demonstrated skills and abilities as might be expected from an individual with.

4 year degree preferred Payroll/Employee Relations experience preferred Ability to prioritize and problem solve Experience with current desktop, laptop and peripheral technologies Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
