Key ResponsibilitiesManage inventory levels for assigned procurement areas.
Process and submit purchase orders to specific suppliers.
Analyze trends and make corresponding sourcing decisions that contribute directly to the company's competitive position.
Negotiates contracts with wholesalers and suppliers.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Coordinate with inventory team, management and warehouse as required.
Arrange transport of goods and track orders to ensure timely delivery.
Expedite shipping and deliveries, maintain inventories, and monitor usage inconsistencies, price changes, and vendor back orders.
Maintains records in accordance with established policies and procedures and audit guidelines.
Maintains data information, files, reports, price lists on assigned commodities; negotiates prices and terms.
Salary:
$18 per hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
